Working on hard core Unix based system since I started my professional career or since when I was in Engnieering college the way back in 2000. I have completed almost now 7 years (4 years as professional) on Unix Operating System, But most favorite is GNU Linux. I am hard core open source supporter and worked almost on all the flavours of Linux.
My Hobbies are many, but they primarily revolve around computers, Books, Friends and dreaming. My computing hobbies include a constant hacking on random projects on Linux... often in PHP and trying Perl. I just love computers, gadgets and monkeying around with everything related to them. Linux is a hugefun place to spend your time, although these days I've definitely seen the power of Apple: it's got the Unix guts, and a nice UI.
My dream is to setup one day my own (small) Computer LAB at home with many Linux and Solaris box's on which I can do my R&D for fun ......... !
I love Laptops too currently I am using HP laptop before this I used IBM Think Pad about 7 months but my dream is Apple or Sony laptop I just love them but its expensive dear ........ ! :-) ..
Since last two years I got interest in digital photography as well I am planning to buy my own Digital Camera soon......! :-)
I like to spent times on Internet by reading technical articles and about software gurus and their thoughts. I like Books and I feel i am a continuous reader but i read only which i like. When I’m free, I sleep, eat pizzas, code on itch-scratching projects, make business plans.
When I’m not doing any of those things, I dream!
I am highly impressed by Google Technologies and by the thoughts of its founders Sergy Brin and Larry Page. I feel Google is the finest (greatest) discovery of the last and this era.

I’m sort of a jack of all trades, but master of none. So, here’s a quote that quite appeals to me:
A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, design a building, conn a ship, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve an equation, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects. – Lazarus Long (Robert Heinlein’s novel, Time Enough for Love)
