DAEE with DA’WAH

 

 

Who is the best daee of Islam ever? When we ask this common question Muslim and non-Muslim together will answer with the name of our last prophet Mohammed p.b.u. whom we love and cherish a lot.

 

Now after more than fourteen hundred years when we look around and look at the history we have very few people whom we can give a label of DAEE’s of ISLAM. Its are good luck that we have few really very good daee’s among us in today’s world and one of them is our most loveable our brother Dr. Zakir Abdul Karim Naik.

By profession, he is a medical doctor, attaining a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Maharashtra, but since 1991 he has focused only on preaching Islam (DAWAH).  The whole Muslim Umah of today’s world feels proud on this person. He done incomparable job in the field of DAWAT. Whole Umah today looking at him for the solution, even though we Muslims have many conflicts between us among our own people but this person given a common platform / ground to the whole umah to do dawa and delivering the message of Islam to the whole world. Thousands of young Muslim boys inspired by him and change there life and wanted to become like him. He given thoughts and direction to the young common Muslim especially boys to become daee and deliver the message of Islam.

 

Sheikh Ahmed Deedat, the world famous orator on Islam and Comparative Religion, who had called Dr. Zakir, "Deedat plus" in 1994, presented a plaque in May 2000 awarded to Dr. Zakir Abdul-Karim Naik for his achievement in the field of Da’wah and the study of Comparative Religion with the engraving "Son what you have done in 4 years had taken me 40 years to accomplish, Alhamdullilah.”

 

On the other hand he done the remarkable job with setting up the 24x7 TV channel across the glob which is the need of today’s world for the Muslim’s, with this he setup the Islamic International school for boys and girls with whom Ummah will keep getting the best daee’s for all the ages Insha-Allah. In last few years he and his institute IRF (ISLAMIC RESEARCH FOUNDATION) done the great job which in the last 300 years in history on India no one has done from the Muslims not even Mughals done. They arranged International Islamic conference here in Mumbai last year in 2007 which attended by millions of people from different religion and got the right message of Islam. Again this year in November 2008 they are coming up with same kind of conference in URDU so the other people who do not understand English can understand the message of Islam in easy and peace full manner. He (Zakir Naik) is putting lot of efforts putting his life in danger to save other people.

 

Even though after all this initiative and efforts few peoples among our society are trying to put him in trouble, I am asking when all this will stop, when this Muslim Ummah will be united at least for the good cause. For what he (Zakir Naik) is doing no one can say him wrong, he is doing brilliant job which is not done by any Indian Muslims in the history. Then why the other guys or pulling his leg. If we not stop all this the Muslims of this country will never be a respected citizens of this great country.

 

I pray to the Allah that he gives best health and best guidance to Dr. Zakir Naik and accept all his hard work (Aameen).
